I'm a little surprised that they don't follow the "hot and ready" guarantee but it's a store in a small community. Having worked... in many kitchens, especially pizza kitchens, they apparently have the slowest pizza oven in America. The ones I worked with were6 to 8 minutes to cook a pizza. Little Caesar's is apparently 20 minutes. Putting the pizzas together took about 30 to 40seconds. So maximum wait time would be 9 minutes. Read more

Ordered pizza at 8p. Prepaid. Went to pick it up and door was locked and no one in sight. Banged on door, got a glimpse of kids... in the back. Attitude!! Finally someone came to locked door said they were out of supplies and closed. I said look over there,that?s my pizza, At first they denied and said it there was no name on it until They finally decided to look at the pizza andthey said ?oh yeah this is your pizza?.
