This was my second time eating KFC in about a dozen years, and now I remember why it had been so long. I had the Spicy Chicken... sandwich and a small fries, my other half an order of Chicken Tenders. Um the chicken is a salt party in an oil slick. I wasstunned at how much oil was soaking into the napkins from both the sandwich and the tenders. The fries were kind of rubbery,lukewarm, salty and unpleasant. Neither of us finished our food. The staff are ho hum. Not particularly friendly, but not rudeor anything. I imagine this is nobody's dream job. And this is not my dream food...I won't return. Read more
This place blows. We attempted to dine-in, called for someone to take our order for about 8-10 minutes. Then as we turned to... leave, they were closing the front door and they wouldn't let us walk through the doorway that was still open. We had to walkout through the back door. This KFC had an extremely dirty facility with all of the trash cans full, a random diaper on the floor, and no functioning... restrooms for patrons to wash hands or use the lavatory. Also extremely slow service at 7pm when it wasn't very busy and theytried to charge for a water cup. I love the Colonel but not here. Never again. Read more
It's the only place of the 101 to get something other than McDonald's or Starbucks. Every time I go I want it to be cleaner.... Seems like it just gets worse. The young kids that work there are very sweet. "Hello, Corporate" get in there and get that placein order. I'm not even going to discuss the bathroom situation. Bad customer service, you ALWAYS be needing to check if your order is right after you repeat it 3-4 times, and they still have... it wrong!!!(SMH) The majority of the time they charge you for a meal that they don't even have, so after waiting 10 mins theylet you know... "Sorry we are out of it!"... why don't they inform you right away, & make you wait... so frustrating... too badthey only have 1 KFC in South County, and the one we have Sucks!!! Read more
