We had a party of 4 and went there to eat tonight. We were seated at a high-top in the bar area. We waited an extremely long... time for anyone to take our drink order, no one ever did. Three waiters/waitresses asked us if anyone had taken our drink order, but even after asking no one took it. While the 3 were by the bar debating who was going to take our order, and no one seemedto want to, we finally left. But while were sitting at our table with no one helping us, another party came in and sat at thetable beside us, the waitstaff seemed to know them and took their drink orders immediately. Unfortunately long waits and iffyservice seems to be normal with them, and honestly they had plenty of waitstaff tonight so you couldn?t even blame it on thembeing short-staffed. Read more
Visit here maybe once a month, but here lately the service has gotten worse and worse. Seems like if your not a regular you... don?t matter. Went in and waited over 10 mins for someone to ask IF we had been asked what we wanted to drink, said no and theywalked away. Then another waiter ask if we had been helped, again didn?t take our drink order but walked away. When the 3rdperson asked and walked away my party and I got up and left. The positives, we were seated immediately and the waitress came for our drink order quickly. The appetizer was cheese fries and... they were good...that is where it ended. The ranch which is normally amazing, was horrible. We waited almost 30 minutes forour food. My husband got the chopped sirloin. It was so overcooked that it was like a hockey puck. His baked potato was cold. My chicken quesadilla had no chicken in 2 of the 4 pieces. Had to wait 10 additional minutes for the sour cream and salsa thatwas supposed to come with it because the waitress forgot and by then it was cold. The meatloaf my MIL got was terrible. Noneof our food had any flavor. No seasoning at all. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but we won't be back. Itwas horrible much to our dismay. Read more

My husband and I visited this restaurant when we were visiting Pilot Mountain . It was recommended to us by a friend . We really... enjoyed it. The food was great and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The portions were large . I got the shrimp tacos and hadto take one in a to go box. They have a really pretty Patio area that we would have sat on if it wasn?t so hot . We woulddefinitely go back when in the area. Read more
Love this place, regular Friday night dinner date with my wife. Food is awesome, wait is always minimal. Never more than 15 or... 20 minutes for seating. They serve large groups well. Read more
