Blake, you need trust worthy adult supervision at your establisment in Kimberly idaho. The kids you have hired for your night... shift are rude and in a hurry to get back to playing with their friends sitting at tables in the dining room. They don't careabout your customer base or doing their jobs. I never send a bad complaint, everyone has their off days but, when I give yourestablishment a chance to hopefully do better ( maybe every 3 months because of bad service and I live fairly close)unfortunately, it is always the same..... but good. Asked what was in a wrap she said Tomatoes were not in them, a guy got on said something else and said it does have them so we... ordered no tomatoes. Well... guess what was thinly sliced and caused a rash all over my face and all over in my wrap? I had 2bites, they were hidden at first, but the second bite had them, I spit it in the napkin, thank you for having those in there.Ya, with all the money that cost that was totally not worth it especially later when my face was all itchy. Spent $33 again and it was a total waste of money! Burgers were burned and SO DRY we couldn?t eat them. Thrown together so... sloppy, dry, no sauce and even cheese was burned. Buns were gross too. This same thing happened the last few times we wentthere. The employees are too busy playing around and talking than to pay attention to customers and they are rude. Sorry tointerrupt you while you should be working! If you call and complain they just say to bring all the food back. That?s hard whenyou get it in the drive up and head off down the road, I can?t bring it back when I?m already on the freeway. Read more
