Went to get some food after working a long day outside. Seen the they have their teen burgers on for 3.99. Well that's what all... the signs say all over the windows and on the big bill board out front. I ordered 2 teenburgers, onion rings and 2 appleturnovers. Got to the window to pay and it was more than I thought. I asked about the 3.99 burgers. Worker told me that it istomorrow's price not tonight. I asked if they would honor it as there is signage all over. They were very persistent that theywill not honor the price and that is my choice to Pay regular price or go some where else. I chose to leave and not support thelocal a and w. Sadly the choices are limited, but will not return. Read more

Thursday at 12.20. Lunch rush on. Got teenburger and fries and lemonade. Drove home 5 minutes tops. Food was icy cold. Fries... cold. Cheese on burger not melted at all. I know it's tempting to prep ahead as much as possible. Retired professional cookhere. Thought I wasted my 13.50. Won't be back any time soon. Read more
Nice to see the inside finally open last week, staff was quick and attentive. However it appeared that the men?s room hasn?t... been cleaned since they closed the inside dining March 2020. It was full of stains and smell. Read more
The A&W franchise in Kimberly is a hit with the locals and sojourner alike. There is a small adjustment made with hours and... sometimes wait times that may make a city slicker do a double take but because of a smaller population here in ????? Kimberly,they don't have a thousand burgers pre-made ready for a mile long line up that is typical in larger cities. So ya get yourburgers and goodies fresh up and made with care by dedicated staff who've been just awesome every time I have pulled up andordered. So a big thanks to the owners and staff for making good coffee, providing great service and delivering on the flavorswe have come to appreciate from A&W. Unfortunately, this A&W has a few staff members that are utterly rude, time and time again, so you know it?s not just a bad... day. The food is often not fresh, and don?t even bother asking for a Beyond burger, the ?10 minute wait? is more like 17. (Itimed it.) At that point, it?s the only time you receive a fresh burger, but the fries will certainly be soggy. Just comparingto all the A&W restaurants I visit, this lacks any qualities to rave about, other than it?s among the only spots intown. Honestly, just friendly staff would make it better. A bit small. Gets crowded about 4pm when the kids get out of school. There were a lot of flies inside the establishment. Staff... seems to suffer from a bit of ennui; our offer wasn't exactly prepared properly. The one in Cranbrook is better. Read more
