I never had the food,seems delicious and definitely will try it one day. But I pick up plenty orders from there as a... Dasher. Seems good BUT if you order for delivery, be prepared to wait very very long for your food lol It's so crazy busy inthere,that you can easily expect to wait for your Order minimum 30/45 mins (at least thats what i noticed on weekends). I order a,large French fries and 10 piece wings bone in to go. I look in the bag and they gave me a regular fries. I told the... cook and he acted like it was my problem he the manager walk up after the cook threw the fries in the trash can. I waited about8 minutes and the manager handed the large fries to me and said thanks. No one ever said sorry I was on my lunch break and timeis important that is why I called it in. Well got back and the wings didn't taste like they use to. This place has gone down inso many ways. The old owner Jeff had it running good once he sold it. It gone down hill. I think this will be my last timeeating at wing stop in Killeen Texas. Read more

Worst service in the history of customer service. Order online, showed up late order still wasn't ready. Cashier says 20 min. Ok... 20 min later still no food. So i ask how much longer. They then tell me my ticket is third up. What??? No give me my refund. Notto mention ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THE WORKERS were wearing gloves while handling the food. I am so over. I wouldn't even give them astar but that is the only way I can leave a review. Read more

Good customer service. Prices has definitely increased and with less chicken seems like. Maybe it?s me. Had to ask manager to... have gentlemen put gloves on due to him sneezing and wiping his nose and didn?t wash his hands. Wasn?t to happy about thesanitation in handling food. This won?t be the last review I give but this time I just wanted fries. Wing Stop quality vs quantity has took a major dumpster... dive. The wings weren?t horrible but they weren?t great either. Made an online order with three different flavors. They put all three in the same bag without marking them. The two flame sauces... were without spice/heat. Still good wings and fries though. Read more
