Overall horrible drive-through experience. At the pickup window I had to listen to 10 minutes of private conversation between 2... employees covering everything from boyfriends, their momma, and a motherf?er They were not fazed by my stare. When theyfinally handed me my order I received double burgers even though I clearly ordered singles. Upon looking closer at the receipt Iwas charged for doubles. I have tried 3 nights in a row, at different times, to get a frosty and they're cleaning the machine each time. I asked about... the time in which they turn it off and they said "Anywhere between 10 and midnight", which is way too wide of a time frame. I'vebeen pretty patient and understanding, and I'm always nice to the workers. I know it's an ongoing joke about the ice creammachines at restaurants, but this is pretty annoying. It was pretty quiet and just a couple of people inside the restaurant. The time to receive the food was pretty quick. However,... the meat was not fully cooked and it was also cold. My family and are never going back. In fact, I am going to look up where Ican report this restaurant to for serving this trash.
