Every time I come here, the staff at the drive thru is always very rude. EVERY TIME. Please put someone with better customer... service at the window. Usually the best location in the area but last night I was a bit irritated having been in the business for over 30 years. First... I was not informed when ordering that they only had strawberry frostiest available which my granddaughter only likes thechocolate and also the main reason we chose Wendy?s in the first place. At the first window was only greeted with the price,then nothing after that so I moved to the next window which is when I was informed about the frosty. So I turned around to askmy granddaughter and when I turned back around no one was there and the window was closed. Then as she opens the window to handme my order she says, so do you still want your drink, I say no. She simply closes the window without saying anything and walksaway. This Wendy's used to be great. Now it's sorry as hell. Brought the family to eat inside the restaurant. Wife ordered and sour... cream and chives potato, and it was an old potato that had seem to be made in the morning. Now my wife used to be a manager atWendy's so she knows when the potatoes are fresh. She ended up returning the potato and getting a fry instead. Sad part is welove Wendy's, but after today we will no longer eat here. I understand how short staff every place is, but at least makequality food for your customers. Read more
This place is Soo unprofessional!! Management staff is rude.. Food is mediocre. Frostychino is disgusting nothing but Ice coffee... no vanilla or chocolate added.. Do yourself a favor and go a little further to the Wendy's by Walmart on Lowes.. Read more
