The experience you get really seems to vary depending on who is working at the time, sometimes everything is great and all goes... well. This time however, none of my modifications were actually made. When the kitchen and drive thru have middle age people working everything is always correct. When its the young crew... substitutions will be charged for but not done, drinks will be wrong and items will be missing BUT you can hear all the gossipwhile they chit chat. Read more

I've usually never had any issues here. But I guess this is what an order of nacho fries looks like now. You get half fries,... half cheese, and no, there were none in the bag. I ordered the box from Taco Bell and this is what I received, the first photo is how they ?wrapped? my food. If you look at the... other two photos anyone can see plain as day there was barely any meat. It was basically condiments and veggies! I was alsomissing an item as well from my order. Went through the drive through around 9:15, no cars ahead of me. Ordered a crunch wrap meal, and an addition side of rice. Got... the food in a reasonable amount of time, all the food was hot and the soda was carbonated. The side of rice I received isactually pitiful to look at, I normally always get sides of rice and they have always been filled to the top. This looks liketwo tablespoons worth of rice and there is a big black crisp of burnt something mixed into the rice. If your running low onrice, take it off the menu. Read more
