The cop that sits there overnight waited for my sister and I to walk out to motion the "talking too much" signal to the cashier.... And they started talking amongst themselves. I could have went back in there to ask if we had a problem but instead I justprayed for them. And recorded them....I wasn't aware that talking to my sister about what we were going to order was "too muchtalking"!!! SMH! I guess that's what is expected from a 24 hr establishment. Im not really surprised by the cop / securityguard she plays her role very well......UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHILDISH! AND SUPER RUDE! Also, the manager was rushing us which wasnot cool either smh. She repeatedly kept asking "What can I get for you" even after we told her we were not ready! I ought to goget my money back but its not even worth it smh! Read more

Love the new sandwiches but the 4 star rating is for the new food prep area that was added as a part of the remodel of the... subway on old FM 440 and central Texas Expy. Even though the manager was holding up the line but talking to the customer beforeme, the girl who made my sandwich was quick and efficient and when she was done and saw so one else in the store, she drops theglass barrier, that used to never move, over the food so it now becomes a covered see thru fridge that keeps everything freshand safe from flies and what not. I was so excited by the transformer act I cussed a little bit. That was an excellent additionto the prep area. I also love the new look of the seating areas, the pickup station and the new drinks. I like subway... If you don't like subway, it's because you don't know how to put together anything worth eating. Take my advice... and get a friend that likes to take hits from the bong... they will show you the path to enlightenment Read more
Nice and Clean with very friendly staff. Clean and masks worn by staff. Everything was fresh. I miss the dark fudge cookies but... I'll give the raspberry cheesecake a try. Read more
I will never eat at this location again. I just left before I even ordered (11/18/22). The gentleman who took a cash payment,... with his gloves on. Came and dug those same hands into the vegetables, like nothing. Cash is one of the most germ carryingitems! You gotta do better with the sanitary portion of food service! Read more
