Waited 20 minutes for my order. No problem, that means they?re making it fresh, right? NOPE!!! They brought out a soggy on the... brink of tearing bag of mushy mozzarella sticks. Really? She proceeded to hand it to me, and I said these are cold. Sheresponded would you like to wait 15 minutes while we make you a fresh batch? Ummm, yes! A whole 35 minutes later I was able todrive off with the mozzarella sticks. As for how they taste, I didn?t try them. Purchased to bring home for the kids? snack. Question of the day, would I come back here? NOPE! I?ll go to the one in Belton. Fresh, hot and they don?t take all night tomake mozzarella sticks. Read more
I ordered the hot fudge sundae with extra fudge and extra bananas. I think i should just stick to McDonald?s sundae its made... proportionally. Sonic puts fudge at bottom then a giant glob of ice cream with a small amount of fudge on top with a fewbananas. i didn?t get the extra fudge that is truly needed with all that ice cream. i wish they would put a layer of fudge inbetween the layer of ice cream. i tried this twice at two different locations. Took over 15 mins for a sonic blast, slushee, sprite. I had to cancel my order. I wait 10 mins in drive thru. Every time they... came to my car( 3 different girls) they was bringing out different orders. Like I got 3 drinks, how hard is it too make them.This will be my last experience with this sonic, last time they forgot my kids meal and pretzel. I try to give them anotherchance. Today was a one star day: I went to the store to get food for the family and encountered a situation that was most unsavory to... the point that I was never going to return! But luckily they Robert Taylor as a lead because he turned a horrible guestexperience into one that brought a smile to my face! All of Sonic's employees need to take a lesson from him! Amazing costumer service! I?ve gone here many times and the food has always been amazing! Today I ordered but forgot my wallet... so I canceled my order which was a very easy process, everyone was very kind. On my way out the manager stopped me and asked ifI had any other form of payment via an app such as cash app and even asked if I wanted them to make it and they would hold itfor me.
