Stopped here at 9pm abbie was rude constantly asking, "are you done, or is that it" after every single thing I ordered. After... working in customer service and the restaurant industry for 15+ years I would encourage management to inform employees to bepatient and let the customer tell you when they are finished ordering. Also, the food was a mess when we got it and the watertaste absolutely terrible! I would be happy to forward pictures if they'd like. I would not recommend this sonic. Normally do not like the food at sonic and extremely expensive. On this day had a Sonic Blast Butterfinger Small. Was surprised... by the size and the price much larger then the small size when you receive the Blast at Dairy Queen and much better price. Onlything that needs to be better is to add larger pieces and little more butterfinger needs enough so that the candy bar is mixedall the way through the ice cream. Read more
I got a sonic burger with cheese. Usually I am disappointed in the quality of the lettuce put on my sandwich. My expectations... were exceeded. I had the ends of the lettuce and other random bits. The rest of the sandwich was very good for Sonic once thenasty pieces of lettuce were removed. I also ordered tater-tots and an Oreo blast. I love that the Oreo Blast did not havewhipped cream on it a I only like fresh whipped cream if I have any at all. Read more
can i just say this is my favorite sonic! i live by one that is down the street and i will pass it and drive the extra two miles... through traffic to get to this one. I go here for breakfast and every time my food is fresh. its hot like i have to wait to biteinto it and its delicious. Thank you for being awesome! Read more
Foods expensive for fast food. Nothing original on menu. My wife goes there for 1/2 off drinks. She stopped going there because... Panera has better drinks at 10$ a month. Lost stars for order menus being blacked out everytime we go there,rotten parking.Almost auto collision everytime we back out of there...they shrank their drink menu to cheap slushes that taste artificial, onlything going for them is you get a piece of fruit in the bottom.. Just ordered an inedible BLT from there, thrown together with OLD cold bacon a pound of lettuce and alot of mayo. Whole sandwich... cold. Tried to make a quick stop there and had to throw away the meal. If I could give no stars I would. Highly unrecommedable. Read more
Food is usually pretty good. Milkshakes off charts(unless it's a really bad day). Shortages on and off, but the foods always... cooked through. Presentation aside at times. Normally this location is about 50/50 for good vs bad experiences/food & bev but when only half of the stalls work causing... people to park and check each one before ordering/checking in for mobile orders, that's a mulit-level issue (lost revenue,safety, improper store maintenance, etc). This isn't a random occurance but rather a long term issue that never gets handled.The employees have zero control yet have to deal with complaints. Corporate should be highly concerned due to revenue loss aloneyet here we are. Read more
