Unprofessional staff who do NOT pay attention to detail. I visit smoothie King 5 times a week, an order was messed up & after... speaking to a staff member I was told to bring in the original orders? how does this comply with COVID restrictions? How is thatsanitary? You?re telling me I need to bring in a possibly contaminated cup in to be accommodated for your mess up? Make it makesense. Please refrain from visiting this location or honestly SMOOTHIE KING in general. This is the final straw for me I willspend my money where I am valued & appreciated. Read more

Do not recommend this location. Very unhappy employees here and was not welcomed/directed when picking up my online order. I... ordered online through the app to make things easier for everyone, but my smoothies were made terribly. One of them was spilledall over my cup and the staff did not care whatsoever. The drive thru was long so I get that they were busy, but 3 people werethere and still the drive through was by the end of Shipley?s. Will not return and I?m glad everyone had better experiences thanme, but it wasn?t the case when I was here. Read more
Smoothies here are always good .....no problem there. But the photos you see are from inside the store. I choosed to go inside... because the drive-through is very tight for my large truck. The problem that I have is that the inside of the store looked likea supply closet. You had to walk around boxes to order and pickup your smoothie. My suggestion is if you don't have room insidethe store to serve customers stick with the drive-through until the lobby is cleared. Other than that the workers wereprofessional, friendly and quick. We got the Angel Food and it tasted really good. Didn't take too long. Cashiers gloves looked really dirty so had to take off a... star for that. Seems like all Smoothie Kings have a tight drive thru, at least around Killeen, so don't try to bring a traileror anything through there. Read more
The smoothie that I got today was the worst smoothie ever. There are chunks of ice and it was not blended correctly. I was also... charged normal price for a 32oz instead of the 20oz on Friday. Absolute worst! Read more
