ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. I ordered a Thin and Crispy and when I got it home, no more than 2 minute drive,... the pizza was thin and soggy. The toppings looked they were just thrown on the pizza. This location needs some serious helpstarting with the manager. WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM GOING!!! Read more
I ordered 2 hours before closing time, plenty of time to receive a pizza. Order was projected to be delivered within the hour.... My kids were super excited so we stayed up and waited only to be highly disappointed the pizza never came. I tried to call butphones were already down due to the store being closed at that time. Pizza was severely under cooked had to finish baking in our oven... kind of defeats the purpose of dropping 50$ on delivery.

So I order a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis, a triple chocolate brownie and 4 drinks for the kids, and did... it for delivery. (Didn?t want to drive) Anyways I order at 7:38 pm waiting for the order. I am told it?ll be an hour and I?llreceive it at 8:30pm, no big deal. Well It gets to about 8:45 pm (I give them benefit of the doubt) and I then call the storeand get put on hold right away for about 15 minutes. At this point I?m mad and frustrated so I get in my car and drive to thePizza Hut. Low and behold I?m still on hold and they aren?t busy. The person who put me on hold was answer other phone callsthat called recently but not mine. So I go up ask about my order and why it?s taking two hours, because it?s 9:30 at this point.She looks for it and hands me a cold box of pizza and a cold box of desert. I get home open it the pizza is cold and the brownis a cookie. I will not be going here anymore if this is the standard set by this store. Read more
