I will start with all the good things. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They are such hard workers and I hope they are... getting paid enough for their hustle. Everything was very clean and well maintained even the restrooms. No sticky or slimyfloors. A good amount of seating in the dining area. For cons, the food wasn’t that great. The salad was wilted and tastedold. The spaghetti was very bland. The pizza was decent when fresh but went very fast. The games were fun but so expensive! I really enjoy the pizza bar. Everything on the bar is good to me. The pizza is delicious and I really like the way the apple... pie pizza and chocolate pie pizza taste. When I am there the workers do a good job keeping the line clean and I reallyappreciate that. The dinning area for the most part stays picked-up. The improve I suggest is to monitor the small kids closelythat come to fix their own plate at the buffet line. Don't be afraid to tell parents to monitor their children. I would suggest going early during the day and on a weekday..... I went on a Wednesday ( plenty of discounts available) around... 2pm -3pm the buffet was full and fresh.... My kids and I had the entire arcade to ourselves.... The bad thing was a lot of thegames was out of order! Read more
Went at 11am on a Sunday and it was perfect! Lol quiet dining room and food was fresh. Nice salad bar and kids were happy with... pizza bar. Not as many games in there as I expected. But kids had fun playing. Read more
I would give this place a 5 star rating but some of the staff was extremely rude while we were trying to eat. For example, while... we are eating one of the workers kept sweeping around us when she could have been on the other side or wait for us to finish ourmeal. The time was 8:30pm and she was sweeping so close to me that she hit my chair with the broom. I have never experiencedthis type of service before so I'm very disappointed with this experience. Looking for a place to feed your kids and have some family fun, this is the place to do it. It's buffet style all you can eat... pizza with a game room to help work off those extra calories and tire out those youngsters for a early bedtime. I only recommend going on Tuesdays when you get double the tokens/points for your money. Other than that, I don't take my kids... often. The food is ok, but it depends on when you go and when they put out fresh pizza's. The last couple time's I've gone myfavorite games were down and many others took points away, then didn't work. It's nice to go every now and then on a Tuesday butit's nothing super great. Read more
So my family loves to come here to get 1 hour play card tickets to see who can win the most tickets! (Management actually said... something one time to my husband about how many tickets we win...) They have gone up a lot in price over the past few yearsthough! $25-$40. So we don't visit as often as we use to... But we have a lot fun when we do go!
