The lady at the morning drive through during the week is the main reason my wife and I live this location. Even with a mask on I... can always see her smile. This place has really gone down hill. The staff was cursing and complaining about a mandatory meeting I don't mind that they got... my order wrong but then the lady argued with me and called me a liar and gave me a huge attitude about it. Then when I went touse the restroom (that is shared with a convenience store) someone had smeared fecal matter all over the baby changing station.When I let them know all I heard from them again where all the customers could hear was them cursing and complaining and all ofthem saying that it they were not going to clean it up. I know that it's a fast food place but I've never been to a place sounprofessional. The food was decent but we will not be going back there. This was Wednesday the 5th of October around 9:30-10:00am. Sharing to give you a laugh as I did! Went to open the box of poppers I ordered and got this???? I'm not upset since the guy who... refunded me was able to laugh at the fact that I got these lol. Ridiculously SLOW. I understand nearly all restaurants are ?short staffed? but Jesus, this experience was horrible. We waited... behind 2 cars for about 15 minutes.. got to the speaker only to be told ?we?ll be with you shortly.? No one ever got back tous???? We ended up pulling off from the speaker because we weren?t even interested in the food any longer. We had the pleasureof waiting an additional 15 minutes behind the car that was at the window already. Pathetic. Will not be back. Read more
Staff is awesome, I am not a fan of food. Ordered breakfast burrito it was soft, too much cheese I think it had potatoes and... barely sausage. It was so messy I threw it away. I ordered coffee there was no creamer so I tried the iced coffee way tosweet for me. I had lunch prior this time the tacos were old and they didn't put ice in my tea. Dine in breakfast take outlunch. The managers here - Stephanie, Nicole and Dontrell are always professional and kind, DESPITE being swamped or dealing with rude... and entitled customers. They pass this positivity and work ethic on to other employees so even when they?re not there I know thefood will be good. I would recommend this place!! I eat there all the time!! Read more
