I tried The Engineer & Grandson had the kids Turkey and cheese. The reception from the staff was nice as we walked in the door.... The cashier was very helpful with our order as well. The place looked closed as we drove up the bldg. The windows were tinted,and no cars were in the parking lot. I was pretty surprised on how clean it was inside. Grandson loved the whole "fireman"theme too. This was a plus & nice alternative from burgers & Tacos. The only downside was that the air-conditioning was Out andit was pretty toasty in there! This firehouse sub location is horrible. We walked into no air and the lights off. So I asked if they were open and she said was... ?yeah?? I should have known it was going to be down from there. The service is the worst part. I ordered a hot sandwich but itwas ice cold. I went to the counter to explain it was freezing cold. She said ?no. I heated it.? After she gave me the sandwichback she left off all the toppings and gave me stale bread. They were so incredibly rude. I?m surprised this location is stillopen. Won?t ever be returning. Read more
