To go to this dunkin Donuts and actually get DONUTS would ba an absolute shock ! They never have DONUTS or ice cream to make... milkshakes. You literally have to ask what type of DONUTS do you have to save your time most likely they will have 3 differenttypes of DONUTS NONE of the basic ice cream for cones or shakes and if it's the morning very limited breakfast items. It?s so sad to see how horrible this establishment is. Not all employees are bad but like 90% are either rude or have no type of... customer service. Their ?cook? has a horrible attitude and it shows. My food has been undercooked, cold or wrong several times.My drinks taste nasty 97% of the time especially if they?re Iced drinks. One time I order an iced drink with two flavor and theywanted to give me both flavor separate, when I told her it was 1 they just add both drinks into a larger cup with all the icemaking it taste light straight faucet water. I keep coming to this establishment hoping it will be better than the last time butI always end up disappointed. THIS place dropped the ball on customer service. UNREAL !! 0? stars for this Company ! My husband went in Oct 14th at 8:49am .. ... at the LEAST 6 workers was there, when he walked in. There was no other customers in front of him or even in the room ? meaning- he was the? only ? person and NOT ONE person greeted him ! Not a ?Hello?, Not a ?Welcome In? NOT A we will be with you injust a second ?. ABSOLUTELY NOT one word he literally stood there for 3 mins. Was able to look at every single thing in the?case front? were the donuts were , he looked at what they had and STILL didn?t get a hello. Unreal for a company to haveworkers to be in the field of ?Customer Service ? and couldn?t even get a greeting from one person ! It?s just Sad to know thatpeople want your money, but doesn?t want to give you your moneys worth ! I usually love Dunkin but this location is very inconsistent with the way they make their coffee. The manager whom I thought... would have quality control always makes them the worst. The iced caramel macchiato always ends up looking like a latte when hehands it to me and it has a bad taste. He doesn?t know how to make them. Also the iced latte had sugar crystals (not syrup) atthe bottom of it. Why did they add sugar? The girls who work on weekends are great they do a great job! But the manager is theone who doesn?t do a good job, go figure. Read more

The store employees are great! The issue is with upper management, the ones not in the store daily. They stress speed, and up... sales, but do NOT allow the lower management to order their much needed inventory, "due to budget" not keeping in mind that thegrowing demand needs supplies...which means either there is no product or they go borrow from another store or purchaseelsewhere with petty cash...not really helping the store out at all...it puts the lower management in a position that is not intheir job description nor are they refunded gas money for running all over to get said needed supplies. I've read the complaints and the counter employees take the brunt of the "not in stock" inventory, it is embarrassing when someone ordersdonuts and there are none, it is a donut shop...or employees that have no gloves, paper towels, trash bags...I worked in theback, decorating cakes, I've seen/heard first hand what is happening...seems to be the norm. Start calling the 800 numbers,putting your reviews here does not get to the proper people, the owners of the franchise. Read more
