Customer service is horrible. I was told by a shift LEADER that I need a translator due to my accent because she didn?t... understand me and she doesn?t take orders at the window as I wanted to explain what I wanted to order. Then flicked me off whenI did pull up to the window to explain. I walked in and told me to google the number to speak to someone as she is not themanager. This occurred at around 630pm today. Food is great! Customer service needs a lot of work! Been here three times with three different people and they are just... miserable, talk low and when you say Im sorry can?t hear you they get sarcastically loud, no class and no good customer service.I still treat them with respect, but it?s hard not to tell them about themselves. Not happy 3rd time I've ordered spicy and not getting it. They already owed me a ten peice and not get it cause gm was rude.this... in pics doesn't even look like thier chicken . Very disappointed guess I'll find somewhere else to go. Read more

Enter at 1254 pm only 2 employees, 3 customers waiting to order, drive way had 4 cars so I left. Armored truck guards entered... and the doors were locked. 1st issue, Dive in area should be locked so they could focus on drive in only. 2nd issue, should bemore than 2 employees on duty at any time. I was in the lobby area to put in an order. It was around 12 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The young man that I assumed was in... charge of everything took my order and was very professional enthusiastic and even though it was a to-go order made myexperience there a delightful one! Y?all, Church?s Chicken is my favorite chicken place! We have a large family and you just can?t beat the food and the prices. We... live in a neighboring town where the Church?s Chicken is so bad, I refuse to eat there. Today, I decided to give this Church?schicken a shot for lunch. They had a few cars in the drive through so we decided to dine in. When I tell you, these workers wereon it! It?s not easy to fry chicken and get orders filled quickly, but the workers were not only working fast and efficiently,but they were courteous and respectful. The young man who was the manager was shining. The lady at the cash register had apleasant wonderful attitude! This crew deserves to paid $20 an hour for such exemplary service, especially during the lunchrush! Hats off to them! I would call corporate or the franchise owner and give them a glowing recommendation if I could as well.This just made my day! Read more
They were short staffed but very professional and fast. The food was hot and taste good. No issues at all.
