Placed my order for curbside delivery since the line was decently long. Waited over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order... to have my order brought to me. Watched the drive thru line move efficiently. Could have gone thru the drive through line twiceas I waited for my food. If you are going to have curbside orders available it needs to be efficient. Food and service was great, but watch the line merge. They don't say who to follow anymore but have someone handing receipts and... directing the traffic, so a driver who was in a rush jumped the line and almost took off the front of my car. Luckily the staffnoticed and quickly recovered so my food came to me and they had to wait their turn. Read more
I swear this is the ONLY Chick-fil-A I?ve gotten my order wrong time & time again. I?ve been sick for the last 4 days and was... craving a salad after finally getting my appetite back. Ordered grilled chicken & instead I received a mass amount of fried.Sucks!!!! Read more
The employees that took your order and brought your order to your car greeted you with a smile (during this time it was hot... outside), they were very professional, organized, and communicated well with each other which made the line move fast andsmooth. The food was well done and tasty. I see why there is always a line you get exceptional service and good food. Read more
The reason this has 2 stars is I used to love this place. Now all you can get is HOT SPICY...you get stuck in the drive... through before you find out its spicy only and have to waste our time in a very long line...not to mention that you cant getcole slaw to replace the fries any more...if you want s healthy alternative, you must pay extra...WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS... ANDWHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO CANT EAT HOT SPICY FOODS? You take your customers for granted...they may not always be there. Read more

, I had to go try the the Chick-fil-A Chicken Tortilla Soup . And boy its Spicy. And I wish I would have asked before I purchase... due to me not liking spicy foods. Or it could be just me. The Killeen store closed for months to renovate/expand the drive thru lane. After re-opening the store, shortly after the second... lane was shut down and is never use. They have all vehicles merging into one lane after ordering (as the picture shows). Ittakes 30 minutes to get your food after ordering due to the long wait of merging the lanes.
