Customer service is TERRIBLE! I Love writing good reviews but absolutely couldn?t with this one. In the drive thru we were... initially told to wait. No problem at all. Then we were trying to get everyone?s order ready and we politely told her to hold on( there was no cars behind us) then we started getting rushed because they couldn?t process the payment of the customers infront of us until we ordered our food. ???? then they were rushing us even worse saying the customers IN FRONT of us were in arush. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I had to post this one. If it was not a public safety issue, I would literally turn the... other cheek. My husband and I went to bk on August 25, 2022 to grab a quick bite. I had the 8pc chicken nuggets with a med fry,and my husband had the chicken fry. Also, this has always been our bk of choice, because of the great service. But, yesterdayeverything we ate we threw it up couple hours after. That food made us sick! I know some of y'all are going to say it could besomething else, such as covid. However, that was not the case. Our body was rejecting that burger King we had. The Burger Kingfood had us vomiting up all that fries, nuggets, and chicken fries. Whatever y'all made that day was probably expired, or undercooked. If anyone else had the same issue after buying from bk especially on the date I mentioned. Please leave a comment sopeople can know to be safe and not eat there. So hubby and I ran here for a quick bite after picking up the G babies???? My husband wanted chicken fries which go pretty hard... and I tried the New Bacon King sorry guys we ate everything didn't take no pictures but it was slamming ???? But what I do haveto get Burger King props on is there Impossible Burger!!!! That is my absolute favorite Burger I have to pull over and eat it inthe parking lot???? Don't judge???? Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went to the 1st lane drive thru... waited about 5 to 10 minutes backed up went to the 2nd lane and waited... another 5 minute... I then proceed to go back to the 1st lane.. it took forever for someone to greet me and take my order. Ifinally place my order and I get to the pickup window they dont know what i ordered so i tell them my order. After receiving myfood I stayed at the window and checked my food. My chicken nuggets was old and hard. I asked for fresh nuggets. While I'mwaiting on my order, the manager tonight STAYED on her phone. Just from the time I was there she was on her phone more than shewas working I will not be coming back here... horrible, horrible, horrible. Do not waste your time or money at this location. So picked up lunch today and now I understand the low ratings people have been giving. I ordered large milk shakes and you will... see by the photos they were just half full. I have yet to patronize this store and get a correct or complete order. Read more
I am not a fan of writing reviews but today I had it with the terrible attitude. I was respectful the whole time and I... understand people have situations but all employees with similar bad attitudes. Employers in this BK act and sound like theydon't want to work. Lady taking my orther terrible attitude and the cashier didn't gave me the right change. They had me waitingwith no explanation why then came to ask me what my orther was after waiting there and lady on the window on her phone the wholetime. To then giving me my food with attitude again in where my food was just sitting there the whole time. Read more
MY wife and I, Waited in secondary line after being told by driver through worker to wait. We proceeded to wait through 6... different cars getting their orders taken at the other speaker. moved to other speaker. had someone else's order taken on theoriginal speaker before mine. and then received 2 orders of large fries that were not even half way full one of them withunidentified black marks at the top of the fry container. drinks over half full with ice when we asked for no ice. and my Doublebacon king which didn't have the right sauce on it. then we were told that we could not have any sauces other than ketchupbecause we did not pay for them. by far the worst experience I've had at any burger king. on top of that the workers were notwearing masks or gloves while handling our food. Had a new trainee. She had to double check on a few things and be corrected on others. But over all for a 1st day. She did well.... After all everyone has to learn sometime and when you state your in Training...I can cut you a bunch of slack and grant youtime. I do this and I get great service once you are Trained. Good luck to you. And it's brave to tell people your in training. You did get the order right and rather quickly too. Read more
