This morning I ordered a 8inch sub and bagel sandwich from Bagel Bites and they were delicious. The food was good but service... was questionable. Walked in and was not greeted or ask what I may need. I waited along with another costumer in line. A 3rdperson walked in and was greeted and asked was she here to order or pick up. Mind you I have been patiently waiting and Iquickly said to the young man that I have been waiting for service and his answer was.....but you were standing over there???Ok? We ordered coffee, two toasted bagels with cream cheese, and two bagel sandwiches. It just wasn't worth the time or money,... y'all. It was just okay.... but a little pricey... especially since I didn't actually eat my bagels. The bagels were flavorlessand turned to concrete upon mixing with saliva... a well made, dense, well toasted bagel doesn't usually do that. Threw bothaway. The coffee was okay so I took it to go but the freaking cup started leaking at the seam... had to dump it WHILE drivinglest it leak all over me. It's a small place for a quick bite. I normally don't even like bagels, but I do enjoy their fresh bagels. I only have the Bagel... with cream cheese and smoked salmon. This last time it seemed smaller, and had less salmon than a couple years ago and was moreexpensive. But I guess this became the norm lately, getting less for more money. One of the good places to have bagel breakfast in. Variety of bagels to choose from. Plus you earn points and use them next time... you purchase them. They do bagel sandwiches, I tried Ruben. First time eating here. My mom's second time. She came in yesterday and liked it so she recommended us going today. The... cashier/taking our order was very impatient. She seemed annoyed bye waiting for my mom who was looking through the chipselections. The cashier wasn't friendly. Kind of like she was on autopilot and hated her job! (With a passion) She walked offas we were waiting for the card to process. Then made our food with no gloves! And the other female employees weren't wearinggloves either when handling food. We told her we were eating it there. And still got it to go. Had to go to the counter to getit which is no big deal but there was no employee to show me where it was. Luckily my mom had seen where they put it and one ofthe male employees helped me. He looked apologetic. Everyone who ordered on the pizza side had their food brought tothem. Very disappointed! _______ Positive note, the male employee saw me and heard me mention the sweet tea was out to mymom. He quickly apologized then said to give him 7 mins to make new ones. He also told us to becareful because the floor was abit wet. He then promptly cleaned it up and worked on the tea. When it was ready, he personally told me! Loved that! He alsowished us a great day.
