Reading the previous review, nothing has changed. 1. Confused where to order. 2. Understaffed 3. Waiting for ice cream means to... wait till a slow young girl fries all beaver tails ordered before you. 4. No umbrellas to safe you from the direct ???? whileyou wait even though the tables had the holes. We gave up and asked for money back. Come on Killaloe! ..more like Beavertailhas died there. Worker spent too much time paying attention a friend hanging off the counter instead of focusing on their job and the customers.... Beavertails was made small, with holes, and overcooked. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. There was one young male staff working who was cooking one beavertail at a time and did not seem to... care. It took 25 minutes to recieve two regular beaver tails. Also tried to use the portapotties, one was lock and the other wasstoring a filled trash bag.???? Read more
With the whole hype that the stand is considered the ?birthplace of the Beavertails?, it was rather a very unpleasant... experience. We noticed it was quite busy, but the two workers did not even acknowledge the people in line. My husband andfriends stood in line for a good 15-20 minutes with a few people behind us. The only time the lady spoke was when our dogsbarked and asked us to move the dogs behind a sign they had by the garbage. We ended up leaving as the line did not move. Onlylater to find out from a previous review that a lady had written, that we actually had to order from the ice cream stand nextdoor. I believe the lady that wrote the review was just behind us in line. How were we supposed to know where to order? Wefigured it was at the Beavertails stand?.No signs, no nothing. The workers couldn?t even inform us that we would need to ordernext door. We waited in line for absolute no reason. The lady working there definitely does not seem too happy to be there. Terrible service. Stood there waiting for 15 minutes while they failed to acknowledge guests. Several people in line got fed up... and left. Worker?s family arrived and she acknowledged them & made them a beavertail while a line of guests werewaiting. Finally asked if I could order, and was only then told you have to go to the grill to order & pay. When asked whynobody informed guests, they said ?we used to have a sign, but the owners told us to take it down.? Suggested that theyacknowledge guests when they arrive & inform them, and they just shrugged it off. Once I gave them my order, another 10 minuteswent by while the worker cooked up over 10 beavertails, left them to sit and get cold. He only prepared my order once I wentover and waited by the stand. Will definitely not be going back; and highly recommend you just wait until the travellingbeavertail stands come to your town. Don?t waste your time here. Creekside Grill which is attached to BT. Hamburger over cooked, BLT is bacon /lettuce/ tomato there?s no C for cheese. French... fries again over cooked and day olds. Go to Nona?s much better quality. We decided to try them because Nona?s just closed, neveragain. Read more
