After this location changed their general manager, it hasn?t been what it used to be. Assistant manager was rude today and... messed up my order. So, past few years this particular BK been a complete and total disappointment, however, July 28/22 my meal was like in the... picture and tasted absolutely amazing, big shout out to the crew that made it, all of my and my friends meals came out the bestiver ever had in 15 years of eating the franchise. I asked for 2 orders of chicken nuggets and a fry with barbecue and ranch sauce. Got to the window,and had to wait nearly 15... minutes for my order and then when I got home,I found they did not put any chicken nuggets at all in my bag,the fries were noteven half full and there was a bunch of sauce. THAT'S ALL...I could MAYBE understand if they were super busy and shorthanded,but I was the ONLY CAR THERE. This is not the first time either. My family will no longer go there anymore . Ever. I walked in figured since nobody was in there the wait would be small. I waited 5 minutes at least and nobody took my order. And... just when I thought I was gonna be waited on the worker instead started doing other stuff. I mean are you kidding me? Here I amthe only person there to be waited on and you are just gonna ignore me? I decided then that if you weren't going to take myorder I will just take my business elsewhere.
