I’m giving a 1 because the waitress was lovely. We waited 40 minutes for food my daughter was starving and all of the food... came out burnt and over cooked. Only took my daughters dish of the bill and they advised they aren’t sure why all of the foodwas served but still billed me. We had to then go to another restaurant to order food. We were here a few years ago and wasexcited about going back. Extremely disappointed. Read more
We’ve been here many times, in fact every time we come to Maui and it’s always been decent to good, but this last time was... likely the last time we will patronize this establishment, which is a shame. Previously we were served good food and strongdrinks for a good price, but this last time our food was mediocre at best and the drinks mostly mixer. Great view and greatmusic, and service was fine, but Mulligans has lost a step since the pandemic. Read more
We ended up coming here by accident but we’re sure glad we did. The view alone was worth it on a hill overlooking the... mountains and the ocean. The food was the best we had on the island and they ended up having live music that night which wasperfect. The fish tacos and mahi mahi plate were some of the best we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend. Service was some ofthe best we had on the island as well. Here’s a view from the seating. Read more
Total mess!! Food from one plate was suppose to on another. Food came out in a horrible order. The one paying asked who was in... charge and they responded "the owner". Asked to speak him, he said he wasn't there. Some food never made it out. No one was toblame, other than the next person. Food was not cooked properly. The person who ordered medium steak, got well done. The onewho ordered well done got medium. Men of the family didn't get food until last. One didn't get it at all until everyone hadalready finished. We still tipped our waitress 33 percent, however the service was absolutely terrible. I would not recommendnor will we be back. View is nice when you aren't shoved in the corner, on an old plastic stained table! I see the ownersresponse to most the same problems, but it seems from the employees he really does not care about his employees or customers. Read more

My friends and I stopped in for some drinks and the place was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the place... wasn't the biggest or particularly fun. Just kind of a small bar, with a chill mood. A nice place to relax and have a drink, butnot really a place to party. However, I did talk to one of the employees and they informed me that the place during the day andevening is much more lively and really opens up into a full restaurant. Slightly disappointed on today’s visit. They ran out of Kilkenny! On the upside, the food and band were fantastic.
