Sous-chef Rafa is just amazing ???? bravo! From teasing every individual note of flavor in the dish from the cilantro to the... tomato broth full of fish, to the presentation of the plate, it was just a masterpiece. I thought I had taken individualpictures but I guess I didn't, but the flavor will not be forgotten. When visiting Maui this is the place to go. I dig this food truck garden place! I?d rather take my kids here and let them run around this cute outdoor garden (has plenty of... trees and shade) than rampage any indoor restaurant. Look at this beautiful marlin bento box lunch! The ingredients are lightlyseared marlin fish, seaweed salad with sprouts, pickled eggplants and carrots, and purple sweet potatoes. Healthy too. Hands down the best food truck experience ever! This place will blow you away. The presentation is absolutely gorgeous and the... food is dynamite. We had the Seafood platter and it was one of the best meals ever. And you MUST try their dessert items!!! The staff is friendly, and the customer service is great. Truly a hidden gem in the area! High quality food worth the price. Product & quality you would expect from a high end restaurant... coming from a food truck. We actually just ended up getting dessert but the food looked delicious. They also have a bakery whichI would want to try out next time for the sourdough. The seating area adjacent to the South Maui Gardens is also a delight. Read more
The best food truck in Maui without doubt. Even better than lots of restaurants in Maui though it is just a food truck. The... fusion tastes surprisingly great. You can tell that the chef and his team aim to offer high standard gourmet and service but notrequiring diners to pay a lot. Respect!! Definitely will come back if I have a chance to revisit Maui. Would give it a 4.5 as the entree Kauai shrimp over a Thai inspired green papaya salad was a solid 5+ star dish; the Lilikoi... (passion fruit) tart was not how I expected. I loved the tartness of the passion fruit but found the base of the meringue tarta bit heavy or dense. Highly recommend! Read more
Ever questioned the accuracy of the 4.9 stars? Don?t worry, I did the same before visiting this ?hidden? food truck. Amazing... food quality with extremely fresh seafood daily. Apparently one of the main chef has a lobster fishing license and comes at fivein the morning to assure the quality for the entire day. Absolutely amazing attitude that anyone should admire with. This foodtruck is a must visit in Maui and stands as a big reason for me to plan another visit. Read more
