I have been to this place several times and it never disappoints! I love the amount of options they have for their sushi rolls,... sashimi, and other savory seafood dishes. The fish always tastes great, and the rice is always cooked so well, and everythingalways just tastes so great. I've never had a bad experience here with service, and they are always so kind. Place is great for dinner and to enjoy the sunset. They do take reservations but we did not have one and got lucky to be seated... quickly since it seemed to get busy. Service was great and food was delicious. Read more

Excellent sushi & fresh fish is incredible. Sauces for the fish & chips are amazing & unique— clearly all made in house. ... Husband said it was too 3 in sushi of all time for him! Go eat here you won’t regret it! Open fairly late & open forreservations same day! Very friendly & wonderful vibe throughout the place! Read more

Stopped in briefly one night to grab a quick bite. We sat at the sushi counter and had a great experience. I tried the seafood... appetizer which was in a cheese/cream type sauce I think. It was an interesting combo that I never would have put together butworked. I also had the firecracker roll at the chef’s recommendation. It can’t get any fresher than watching him slice thefish and roll it in front of you. We were in and out in no time and the food was excellent and fresh. Would definitely come backagain. Read more

Before I get into how amazing the food is, the staff here is the absolute sweetest. We sat at the bar and we had a female and... male bartender helping us out with our order. We are avid sushi eaters wherever we go! We can say this is the best spot we’veate at in many states including beating out Seattle. We started with crab cakes and they were fresh and well made. I couldn’tget pictures of my husbands food because he dug in before I could get photos but he said this is the best sashimi he has everhad, and he got the yellowtail. He also got the rum runner and said it was smooth and made well. I got the volcano roll and Iwas blown away. It was honestly the best roll I’ve had and had it’s own unique spin. I got a no-hito since I wasn’tfeeling the alcohol tonight after getting smacked pretty good with waves and pulled something in my neck, LOL. It hit the spot!We finished off with some dessert, the tempura ice cream. It is good, but make sure you have a lot of room because we couldbarely breathe and felt like I needed to be rolled out of the restaurant, haha. I recommend this place to everyone!! Read more

Unacceptable given the price point. Presentation and service are up within expectations, but unfortunately the quality of the... food was not. The sake sashimi I ordered arrived in generous quantity, which was pleasantly surprising. Disappointingly, a fishbone and scale were both found amongst the pieces, a displeasure I have never experienced before. Interestingly, the karaagepieces all contained bone, can't say I've ever experienced such a thing. Again, something I have never encountered in Japanesecuisine. The agedashi tofu was nothing to write home about, don't bother with it unless you just really like tofu. The oxtailsoup was good though, although it tastes distinctly Chinese. Can't say I've ever encountered ox tail in Japanese cuisine, sodon't expect this dish to add to an authentic Japanese experience. Read more
