We had ribs, brisket, and chicken. The chicken was the best by far. Parking is iffy like every other place in Maui.
I don't understand ANY negative reviews for this establishment. We've been coming here the last three summers when we come to... Maui and the food is ALWAYS scrumptious. And the guy that takes our order is always so nice and friendly and helpful! We're fromTexas so I believe we know good bbq. And this is some of the best. On this occasion we had chicken, brisket, ribs, burnt ends,potato salad, cole slaw, and the fabulous cornbread. And the servings are more than enough. Absolutely phenomenal. My husband & I both agreed this was the best smokehouse we have ever been to. We had the ribs plate... w/cornbread & garlic chilli & the 1/2 chicken plate w/truffle Mac & garden salad. Great prices, awesome service & excellentfood. Jeez I wish I had photos, sorry guys. This place was fantastic. Nice and cozy inside and out, my boyfriend and I were chatting... up with an extremely nice guy named Chris, I thought he was a regular who was just waiting for his food to go, but he was a partof the team there tonight. He recommended great stuff and we were not disappointed. It was hard to choose what to pick becauseeverything sounded good, including the sides. I was a little wary of the sides being on the weak side but oh man, everythingtasted fantastic and the portions were enough to make you want to curl up in a blissful ball and take a nice nap after eating.The burnt ends, fantastic. Ribs, fantastic. Mac and cheese, cornbread, truffle mac and cheese, fantastic fantastic fantastic. Wecan't wait to go back to try other things on the menu. I got my eye on chicken, brisket, slaw and more cornbread for the nearfuture. Even on the way out, Chris was there to say some kind words to our family before we left. My only regret was I had todrive home while everyone else got to kick back and relax the whole ride. I have a new go-to in Kihei now :) Read more

The food was great the coleslaw was so good everything was smoked to perfection I wish this restaurant was in my neck of the... woods back in Pennsylvania. Taste like the smoking from Dutchmans Custom Cuts. Read more
MUST TRY!!! We like bbq, this was some of the best we have had a while. Brisket!! Wow!! It was tender, smoked, and made with... love. With that plate hubby got the Mac & cheese, and slaw. All were great! I got the ribs (half rack 4 ribs), chili garlicbeans and potato salad. All was good the potato salad stood out. Let's discuss this corn bread!! This is a highlight thatscompletes the meal! Sooo good we took 2 pieces to go. Mai Tai and draft on tap, yum. Employee at the register (in my pic) wassuper friendly, helpful and great attitude. The employee bringing food was also the same. Customer service makes a hugedifference. We found a picnic table in the patio. A few inside tables were open. We stopped here for a quick dinner on the way back from the beach. Service was speedy and friendly, and we got our food a few... minutes after ordering at the counter. The family plate was great for our group of 7, lots of different meat options and a fewsides (plus we added extra truffle mac & cheese). Standouts were the smoked chicken and cornbread.
