I am always skeptical about restaurants near a beach / tourist area, specifically over priced and mediocre food. How glad I am... that this didn't prevent me from having lunch there today. Not only are the prices extremely reasonable, the food is amazing.The guacamole is the best I have ever had and the shrimp tacos are a must for anyone visiting. Will definitely be back. Read more
Wonderful outdoor dining experience! The hostess told us it would be a 15-20 min wait for outdoor seating and exactly 15 minutes... later we were sat at a very clean table. Our server?s recommendations were excellent and our drinks were never empty! We startedwith warm tortilla chips and salsa and our tacos were delicious. We?ll be back! Read more
Was able to snag 2 bar seats on a busy Sunday evening. Cantina margarita was really good. Habenero margaritas will clear the... sinus'! Appetizer was delivered immediately after ordering, great guacamole. We had 2 tacos, one was smoked shrimp and otherwas one of their specials. Both tasted great. Bar tender was excellent, wish I remembered her name. Atmosphere was relaxedand fun. Good time all around. Read more
Went to cantina around 8pm and from the moment we sat at the bar the bartender said they were not going to make a cocktail, but... when we asked for a beer took over 10 minutes (keep in mind it was just me and my three other friends) then when we asked forfood I only got one tiny nugget of a fried chicken in all three of my tacos. Very disappointed with this experience as usuallymy service is great. Read more
The girl that works the bar on Tuesdays is probably the best one I have ever encountered in food and beverage. She went above... and beyond to provide me with the most amazing service! Truly made a difference in the time that I was there. She was verysweet, attentive and stayed on top. The food was amazing! Hire more people like that girl! Read more
Payed for a trio dip for takeout?. This is the guacamole that we got? it?s enough for 2 chips to be dipped. We called and the... manager gave attitude and refused to give us a solution. I work in a restaurant and if I hear (or my manager) somebody complainthey find a solution right away. Just bad management honestly. Maybe take a class on how to treat customers as a refresher. It's ok Mexican food. The pickings are a little slim on the islands but if you are desperate for some Mexican, then I think this... is your best bet. Staff are friendly, foods just ok, nothing to write home about, just basic and simple food. Read more
