My family and I were staying in Hawthorne for the weekend, and decided to try Clyde's for breakfast. We are so glad that we did.... Just like the name, it's a cozy corner cafe. Breakfast was amazingly delicious, great value and Excellent service. My sondevoured his pecan waffle. The sausage patties are yummy and definitely homemade. My husband enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Icouldn't make up my mind on which eggs benedict to order and was so happy to have the option to order individual servings ofeach. I used to come here everyday, noticed the slow decline in good service, I came in on friday and watched a good server I had (for... once) get fired, she was attentive and sweet, I'm angry because they don't obey health codes and had the nerve to fire someonein front of the whole restaurant.
