The option to order at the registrator was not there. The workers were EXTREMELY slow, and didn't put much effort into making... food. I have never had a great food facility so slow and careless. We also had to ASK for our drinks. Plus we couldn'tunderstand the workers. Read more
Had to post due to all the negatives. I eat here way more than I should and day crew has it on lock. Great food, maybe had one... screw up in 3 years but they give you a coupon for next time. No big deal. These folks work hard, hustle, and are nice as hellto boot!! Best Taco Bell on the planet in my eyes. Read more
I understand this is a fast food restaurant, and similar to my McDonald's review you can not expect much other than your food... your getting. I am not sure if this establishments drive through speaker is bad, however if your not yelling at them expect tobe interrupted in the middle of you speaking with a loud UGH! You can expect your order to frequently be incorrect and itemsmissing. Don't even try asking for an alteration to your taco " ask for no lettuce, your still getting lettuce". As I said thisis fast food not an enjoyable dinning experience. Read more
They don't pay attention if you're a walk in. Almost had to walk through the drive through to get service. Took over 40mins to... get food and they weren't busy. Horrible experience ???????? Read more
I ordered thru uber eats and they messed up most of our order. The soft taco supreme combo wasnt supreme and just regular, the... nacho bell grande was soggy and disgusting. All of it was room temperature. And they forgot all of our sauce packets. Taco bellis mediocre in general but cold taco bell is disgusting. On the bright side the cinnamon swirls and cinnabon bites were good buti feel like those are hard to mess up. I know these guys dont get paid enough but they should atleast do their jobright. Basically i paid 27 dollars for garbage. I really like the mango tea but my wife says its a 7/10. Definitely dontorder delivery from here. Its overpriced and underwelming. Read more
Horrible customer service!! First place I've been to in the Keys where I truly regret coming too. The establishment was dirty,... the soda machine is not filtering the proper mixtures, the music selection was full of profanity and it took 22 minutes to makemy order. 7 cars in the drive through were served before I received my order. Positive: it's across the road from my hotel andthey packed the tacos with meat and toppings. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Food and staff are great, but while I waited for my order I noticed a few missing ceiling tiles, then began to notice that some... of the ceiling tiles have water damage and the ceiling vents are looking a little bit moldy. Taco Bell (Corporate), I'mdisappointed, you need to fix this before your customers or staff get sick from breathing mold. Read more
Great Taco Bell, just disappointed with their guac (was watery?). Prices were surprisingly low.
