Doesn't speak English. They were charging $99 on uber eats (on accident) for avocado. I had to (politely) repeat myself about... 8-12 times until I just said I'm going to get Jersey Mike's. She kept telling me to come in or order the 'smashed avacado'instead of 'sliced' but she didn't understand that that wasn't an option. I can't come in because my car was totaled in theHurricane and had to order online delivery. I asked if she could just add it and I'll pay on my card over the phone and shedidn't understand. I love that there is a Subway in town, and can appreciate speaking multiple languages, but it's always a taskto explain any order every time I go in. Would love if they hired some high school kids or something that spoke English andcould work for $15 an hour and get skills or something, but I think it's Russian owned and they only allow family to work there.Haven't been so frustrated. Can I give no stars? This is by far, the WORST sandwich I've ever had from Subway! This place did not listen, could not care... less about our order!
