I don't know how this location is still in business. It's never open, and if it is, it's mostly drive through. I got to go in... last time and was the only person. Didn't have menu items, tables were used for signs, all of the kitchen and staff drama.Locked the doors at 2 when I was in there and forgot I was in there. Time before that I went through the drive-thru and no onewould answer so I pulled up to the window and there they're all are standing in there. One of them came to the window and Iasked can I order? Worst experience ever, hands down! No mild chicken, no fries, horrible customer service! Waited 15 minutes before being told... they had no chicken. One employee actually locked us in to keep others from coming in so they could catch up. Who locks $ out?Never again! I?m completely done with Popeyes, always something! Read more

Very very sorry to see the staff not be respectful towards the customers also not responsible with their assigned duties. When... customers are standing in front to order the staff are have their own conversation with their buddies inside and making thecustomers wait for long. Either the stuff must be changed if not the reputed resturant will not be profitable. Read more

I placed my order 20 minutes prior to pick up to allow ample time. When I show up, the cashier was in bathroom, I waited 5... minutes, she comes out and immediately starts taking about her schedule to a coworker and proceeded to act like I wasn?t there.The woman she was talking to was also rude and was impolite. She finally acknowledges me and I explain I?m here for pick up. Shesays it will be a few minutes. Then another lady who was preparing food in back yells over her and says it will be 30 moreminutes! First of all, I remember that lady working there last year and I never went back because she was so rude from beforeand staff was previously horrible. For a year Popeyes promoted new staff etc, so I decided to give it another chance only to seethe same rude lady working there. I told them there business was poorly managed and to cancel my order. Hands down the best Popeye's I have ever ate at. The food was absolutely delicious. The spicy chicken sandwich was unbelievable.... The food tasted different than the locations back home. I will definitely visit this location every time we're in Key West. Theservice was fast and everything was correct on the order. Read more
I will give -5 star if I can. I ordered a meal through Uber eats and they told me my order didn't even exist when I asked for... 3rd time just to find out they already made my order and was ready to go after making me wait for 15 minutes. The employee ingrey uniform had very nasty attitude and made racist comment to me saying "Take it easy Jackie Chan." I video taped and sheturned her back in shame.
