Customer service?? DEFINITELY NOT HERE. My wife and I were inside no less than 5 minutes before anyone appeared from the back of... the store. I could have easily left with the "tip jar" sitting on the counter. What a joke. The miniscule amount of funds inthis container no doubt were a reflection of the absolute terrible attitude of the staff working on Tuesday, 27 July 2021 atapproximately 6:15pm. I haven?t been to a BR in a really long time and this place reminded me why. 4 of us went in and were told no less than 5 times... that they were out of what we asked for. We should have known by the look of the ice cream that it was really old. The ice creamtasted worse than it looked and not one of us finished what we ordered. Read more
Service here is slow and horrible. I ordered and they repeatedly kept asking me what I wanted. (Not because of my mask fyi)! All... I got was a milkshake and it was awful. Watered down and didn't even have flavor. I definitely will not be returning. Read more
Vacationing for the weekend and went thru the drive thru to order my favorite ice cream and received horrible service. First... the lady on the intercom asked for my order 3 times then said.. this is too much you usually have to come inside for icecream..I only ordered a banana split and a sundae ???? then a guy came on asked for my order twice. Finally got our icecream.. the mint chocolate chip tasted old. They had no bananas so we got a 3 scoop sundae in a 2 scoop sundae cup. I should'vejust went to publix for ice cream Read more
We were on vacation here in Key West and since Baskin Robin is our favorite place back in Texas, we were happy to stop by and... order our favorite ice creams, but unfortunately it was the worst experience ever ever ever. 1.First of all, we had to waitabout 15 minutes at the speaker for someone to answer. 2. Second of all, after someone answered, we had to repeat the order overand over again. 3. Third of all, after the rude girl finally put our order down she remembered to tell us that she's out of halfof our order. 4. After we changed our order again we go to the window to pay and grab the order and "OMG" I have neverexperienced a mean, rude, disrespectful, irresponsible customer service in my life. Both girls in the store were ignoring us. Weasked how are they doing and they didn't care at all. They just said, that's your order and turned their back and left thewindow. They have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. We sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes before we finally said... ?hello? and got an answer. They always say ?we are out of ___ ice cream?. We go the next day and behold they did have it allalong. The person just didn?t feel like making it. This has happened more times than I can count. I will never go back there. Goto Miami sub or sonic if you want a milkshake. They have 10000x the customer service. Read more
Nice place, great location. Just don't order milk shake. They don't use enough ice cream and it's just a milked down shake.
The only reason I am giving this Dunkin/Baskin Robins one star is because you can't assign 0 stars! The place is disgusting. It... is in bad need of cleaning and repair. The employees are rude and unprofessional and the management is clueless. We had run anerrand and my grandchildren asked for ice cream and the Dunkin/BR was right there. Went inside and there was one other customerthere along with one employee, the manager, and her early teen children. The one employee had taken the other customers orderand gone back in the kitchen to fix it. I figured it would only be a few minutes. Boy was I wrong after almost 10 minutes weasked the manager, who was talking to her kids, if someone could take our order. She yells toward the back of the store at theone employee to come take our order. Ask for a cup of chocolate and a cup of vanilla ice cream. They don't have any and the fewflavors they had looked like they had thawed and refrozen a few times. If Dunkin/BR was smart, they would pull this franchise.Do yourself a favor, go to Publix and by yourself a carton of ice cream. It will be better and cheaper. Read more
