This is a good place for stop and go. You can just order using the kiosk, wait a few minutes, step into the clean bathroom if... necessary, and keep on going to your destination. I noticed that the drive-thru is super busy during breakfast hours. The placelooks clean and the staff is fast and friendly. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone on your way Key West. We stop here for breakfast on our way to Key West on a tour bus, it was amazing. The Restaurant and restroom were very clean.... The staff was kind, fast moving and gave wonderful customer service. Read more
The late night time staff really could not be more rude and slow. I say they are worth $5.00 an hour max. You are better off... closing after 11 then letting them be the face of your franchise. Read more
We live here in Key Largo and we decided to eat at McDonald's long story short a worker threw sweet and sour sauce at my husband... for no reason we're still trying to figure out what happened and why . Something needs to be done! Read more
So tired of the employees leaving out part of your order. Asked to have a little extra mac sauce since they never put enough.... Could not believe they wanted to charge an extra $.40. No wonder they have bad reviews. Read more
Update: again. We tried. All the way home to find wrong items in boxes! How in the world does this happen. How. Previously:... Save your self the extra return trip OR double check your bags before you?re rushed away from the drive through. Had to ask forStraws and napkins and had to go back for half of a meal. Never eat fast food, but this McDonald's is recently constructed and I therefore thought cleaner than most. It was! Smooth and... quick kiosk ordering. Nice staff. Read more
Rude staff. They get angry if you tell them you don't want the bag or the plastic fork and knife.
