In A Nutshell: -Lightkeepers is a restaurant inside the Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne. -If you opt for the buffet breakfast, you... will pay just under $50 for the AYCE, so you better eat as much as you can. -I really enjoyed the made-to-order omelets, whichtake a little time, but worth the wait & you may want to order 2x. -In addition to the omelets, you can grab a nice selection ofeggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, cereal & pastries. -The price is steep for AYCE, but if you do a la carte, you may end up payingmore. Located inside of the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne the Lightkeeper it’s a place to be. I had this on my bookmarks even though... I’ve been here before because I always want to visit it again and again. What I loved about this restaurant is how ample andcomfortable it is either if you seat inside with the huge places with tables or if you sit outside. The service here is alwaysmarvelous, this is not my first time here and I always liked the service. The food is simply amazing, my favorite were theempanadas, they had lamb and chorizo and the taste was wondrous. They were fried to perfection and the taste was superior. Thedrinks we had were excellent as you can see on my pictures It’s beautiful to come here during the night but because I’vebeen here during the day, I can tell you that it’s even better because you can see the pool and even the water on the beach infront of you. Enjoyed the service, ambiance and food. The filet mignon was delicious, and we also loved the green circle chicken. The shrimp... cocktail was a great starter but I would skip the scamorza starter next time. The fattoush salad was fresh and one of myfavorites, however, just to note, it does not have lettuce like a traditional fattoush salad. All else, excellent experience! Read more
