I appreciate subway trying to upgrade their menu but for being on the Key this subway is not up to par. Their customer service... is horrible, management really needs to work on showing their employees proper customer service and corporate should do checkups as well. Read more

Waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery order that was supposed to be 20 minutes. Took them 35 minutes to prepare the order and... it's been almost another hour waiting for delivery from a location that is 10 minutes away.
