I'm giving them a two-star review because of customer service. The food is excellent and as a nutritionist their ingredients... are really well thought out. However, I had an issue with one of my online orders, and was not happy with the mix-up in theorder I recieved, and they would not refund me, or offer me anything in return for the mix-up. I politely called and told themmy concerns and they did nothing to remedy my distaste for the meal they prepared for me. I politely asked to speak with amanager and they declined that could. I asked to have the manager call me back, and my request was denied. I was told I couldemail the manager only. I feel like the previous cliche that "the customer is always right" and "take care of the needs of thecustomer" are few and far between now. A good business will go out of its way to make sure their customers are happy, or theyunfortunately won't have customers. I will not return to this establishment because of the lack of good customer service. Read more
Unfortunately the wait times here are extremely unreasonable. I have been here twice and ordered one smoothie each time, with no... customers in front of me and the smoothie took 20-25 minutes to make! It's disappointing because both smoothies were absolutelydelicious and the place itself is adorable, but waiting more than 10 minutes for a smoothie is just not feasible at all. I heardthe blender going for at least 15 minutes, so I was just confused why it would take this long to blend? Really hoping thisimproves in the near future because I would love to try more items here. Read more
I got an açaí bowl which was a little small for the price, but it was very good, especially because of the prominent... dragonfruit taste, which many other açaí bowls tend to lack.
