The worst service. The food is ok. Too bad the service is miserable! I have never had a pleasant experience at this... restaurant. I wish I could put zero stars. If you order online you don?t really know when your order is going to arrive even it says half an hour it?s been one hour and I still haven?t received my order. I?ve spent the last 30 minutes calling and I onlyget a busy signal. If you go in person they also take forever to bring the food. Since there aren?t many options fordelivery where I live I forget and I keep coming back and I?m never disappointed in how terrible the services. When you talk tothem and tell them your experience it?s like they don?t care. This is the last time I ever order from here. The horribleservice has nothing with to do with the pandemia...it?s been like this since the day they open. By the time you actually getthe food. I sad to see a place so poorly staffed. This morning we were waiting at 9AM to discover that is too early for breakfast.... Unfortunately we insisted at lunch time. Had the absolute WORST experience at this place. The chicken empanadas was rotten, the chicken smelled horribly and it was... completely expired. I am pregnant and this is unsafe for the general public. The manager charged us for the rest of the orderand was unhelpful, no customer service skills nor common decency. Do not order online! I ordered at 11:15 am. Food arrived at 12:35pm. AND they charge $5.00 delivery fee. An hour and a half for... a salad and a sandwich which is less than a mile away (4 minutes). Their food is tasty but don?t order delivery if you are atwork because you will not get your lunch on time. Read more
