I visited McDonald's on East Yosemite in Manteca TODAY. I bought a coke. I completed the survey. The manager told me that the... code I that was generated after completion of my survey was not good and too many numbers. I left, called corporate offices tocomplain. I left a message with McDonald's corporation about her. I walked back in showed her proof that I had completed thesurvey. She gave me the promo Quarter Pounder with cheese. I was appalled by the managers arrogance.I have completed many, manysurveys of McDonald's over the years. I've spent thousands of dollars on McDonald's food over the years. I've never had anyissues when presenting my survey codes before today. Never. How dare this manager give me uncooperative verbage about my surveycode! I believed that it was personal on her part and tremendously unprofessional on that manager's part. Read more
Why in the world do you have your restrooms closed this year when COVID has been the same for a while now. People are still... getting sick and it has not gotten any better, so accumulating everyone inside a cramped gas station store producing a long linedoesn?t make anything better? Open the restrooms now even more that there are so many tourists passing through. Where else isanyone supposed to go to the bathroom now n days if these outside restrooms are closed all the time!? Rest stops are made for areason, otherwise people are just going to go wherever they can squat. And post the breakfast hours and lunch hours on thewebsite for this McDonald?s location so people know when it starts and ends. Read more
Easy on off RT5. Mcdonald's is located with the gas station. Bathroom is available and is part of the gas station. Self serve... fountain drinks and napkins. Several kiosk available for a quick order. Limited seating indoors that is fully air-conditioned.Dining area is very busy and not all tables are wiped in time but it is odor free and bright. Parking can accommodate 1 or 2large RVs or trailer but not semi at the side next to curb and garbage dumpster. Read more
Worst McDonald?s in California !!!!!! The girls are so unprofessional there. Had us waiting more then 10 minutes to get our... order threw drive thru and when they did they were laughing the entire time. Second we ask the girl if there was bbq in our kidshappy meals and wants . So unprofessional the manager and whole team should be fired !!!!! I?m also going to be contactingcustomer service. Came by to get a couple of drinks (a coffee & a smoothy) on 8/4 around 9 pm. Although not many customers in it, employees were... as slow as sloths and a couple of them were chatting with family sitting in the hall. Waiting for 30 minutes, food ordered bypeople came later than us came but not ours. Asked about our order and then one guy made ours at the time after we waited over30 minutes. Not saying sorry or looking at us. Most terrible McDonald's ever. Read more
McDonald's is a place you go for convenience and speed. This place provides neither. The only thing available for self serve are... the soft drinks, everything from napkins, ketchup, and utensils are all kept behind a counter which means you wait on the sameemployee who is doing 20 other things to get what you need. They also don't even have changing stations for small children intheir bathrooms. If you're just looking for a place to stop, pick one of the other three fast food joints in this small side ofthe road destination. If for some reason you're set on McDonald's fare, you'd be better off driving 20 minutes to the next onein either direction. Read more
I ordered breakfast burritos, a hash brown, and a cup of coffee. The food was good, no complaints there but when I got close to... finishing my coffee there was this grit at the bottom. Initially I thought it was just some coffee grounds which wouldn?t havebothered me at all, however after closer inspection I realized they weren?t grounds but small pieces of melted plastic! Coffeegrounds would not have been a big deal but plastic is for me because of the risk to health and carcinogenic properties. Read more
