I got the new prime cheesesteak. Very skimpy! I saw no green or red peppers, maybe 1 small onion piece. There was hardly any... meat, lots of bread. The sandwich is too expensive and definitely not worth purchasing. The drive thru lady was very nice. Theyforgot to package my curly fries. Got home and drove back to retrieve them. They were overcooked, kind of crunchy. What a wasteof time and money. Read more

The manager Alyssa is very helpful and always happy when I come in.. as if she wants to be there.. they once got my order wrong... and she didn't hesitate to make it right.. my favorite Arby's..they can be slow some times but so is everywhere else.. becauseevery place is understaffed Read more

Stop giving a generic reply and actually attempt to make contact with the wronged customer!!!!!!!! Stopped here with my husband... to grab a roast beef sandwich and curly fries and we received cold sandwiches that had been sitting under heat lamps and coldhard curly fries and mind you there were 6 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing! Don't let the run down look, or poor condition of the parking lot fool you. Have not had an issue with service or quality. ... Unlike some other locations in the area, have not yet been asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for our order. So feel freeto stop by for an order, not just using this as a short cut to or from Ritters. Read more

Terrible customer service. We placed an order online and they said they didn't have it. We presented them with the receipt and... confirmation number, verified we had the correct location, showed them we had paid, and the manager basically told us we wereS.O.L. and would have to pay for the order again- in cash for some reason- and wait 4 to 5 days for a refund from corporate.Sounds pretty fishy to me, and now we're out $20 and have no lunch! Save your time and money, eat somewhere else!!! Read more

Placed an online order and went to go pick up. Was told that they never received the order without even checking. Showed them my... confirmation number and the charge through an email from my bank. Was told I needed to pay cash and that I needed to ask for arefund from customer service. As that is what their training told them to do. Left without even picking up the order of course.I'll never be back to this location again. Read more

The worst Arby's experience ever. This place needs to be torn down. Worst fish sandwich ever, over fried, greasy, salad on a... bun. Chicken sandwich over fried and disgusting. Sticky tables, stains on carpet, brass framed unleveled pictures, wobblyseating/benches, dirty windows....don't let the new Arby's commercials fool you. I felt like I just threw $20 on the ground.
