Great place to have lunch. Panoramic mountain top view!
Great place for lunch on Bald Mountain. Loved the Gondola ride and beautiful views.
Talk about the greatest seat in the house! It was breathtaking sitting out on the patio and the food was just as spectacular! ... Make sure you call ahead for reservations... although I think you may get in still, it's a gamble. And they close by 3, Ithink because the gondola stops running by 4. Read more
On the positive side, the facility is great and the food and service were very good. On the negative side (and it far outweighed... the positive side) was the management and the manager in particular. We had called well in advance to see if we needed areservation and were told that it's a first come first served policy. When we got to the restaurant we were told that we neededreservations. We told the manager that we had been told no reservations were necessary. She said that there wasn't anything wecould do about that unless we knew the name of the person we talked to on the phone. The manager acted like it was our faultand there wasn't anything she could do about it. In our lines of business there's always something you can do about it. Anapology would have been a good start. I recommend an overhaul of management policies and strict supervision of the manager. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a well known and mostly recommended resort. Great experience. The food is a bit pricey but it definitely tastes good. The servers are very attentive. The outside seating... would be cool but fills up quick. Would definitely recommend you eat here once or twice, however buying a ticket for the gondolathen paying for dinner or lunch is not something I would do on a regular occasion. Read more
