Never again! I have ordered 4 times from here and they got the order wrong 3 times. I ordered delivery once and never got my... food or an apology. This last ord34 was a chicken sandwich in which was put on a hamburger bun? There was sauce on only halfof the sandwich and the chicken was way smaller than the bun. The wings are great! The tea is great! The fries are great! The atmosphere is great. The ticket times are great! The flavors are... bold and often require a dipping sauce to tone down the heat a little. The seats were a little unfomfortable. The music was abit too loud too. The staff was great though!! Hubs picked up wing and fries for us (we?re out in Harper, so driving back for correction wasn?t gonna happen). Wings were so... shriveled and dry they were like eating jerky, AND they shorted us. It?s not that hard to count to 6, folks, but we were shortedwings (which may not have been a bad deal since they were shriveled and dry). If you order a 20 piece meal deal with 4 sauces Use 2 on wings. And get the other half plain. And ask for 2 sauces on the side... why should I be charged for that. To top it off Veronica had an attitude because she didn?t know how to work the system. Thegirl looked like she hated working there. Took our order with a horrible attitude from the beginning. The only redeeming quality was that the food tasted good, thank god. I was actually shocked to witness the order of operations... while waiting for our order. 30 minute ticket time (not terribly long). But the employees need to be retrained. I?m assumingthey had several to go orders ahead of us. There were three employees, only one active fry cook. The other two standing idly atthe front desk, or hugging a broom texting on his phone. The only guy working was doing single orders at a time?. At the pace ofa snail. For some one with kitchen experience it was a obvious things could have been done way more efficiently. We also orderedour food -dine in- and got served a to go bag. So, we ate on napkins. All the tables were dirty, bathrooms dirty, drink stationdirty, ketchup dispenser empty. They were completely out of Ketchup. Tried to order classic wings and they said that classic would be an hour wait, asked if we... wanted boneless. The boneless tasted fine I guess, but it?s disappointing when you really wanted classic like you always do.I?ve just never had this happen. My last experience at the Kerrville location was just as bad, I always eat dine in and my foodwas cold as soon as they called my name to pick it up. I?ve probably eating here more then 100 times.. when they first opened everything was on point but slowly but surely things just... started going down here! I used to drive all the way to San Antonio for wings and I?m gunna have to start again.. u ask forsomething (extra crispy) or (all drums) and they do the complete opposite smh.. they need to get people in there that actuallyknow what their doing but at this point I don?t even care to go Anymore???????????????
