Everyone is so friendly and professional. I always look forward to going to a Starbucks as I live about forty minutes from the... nearest one. Read more

I had enough points to get a free latte, so that was good.

This location always seems to take a long time, we just waited 30 minutes for our mobile order, a rather simple order, one... double shot cappuccino. Other people were clearly upset because they'd been waiting a while too. We would've been better offordering in the drive thru, as that seemed to be moving right along. They didn't appear to be short staffed, so I have no cluewhat their issue is. I've also been "dairy-ed" on more than one occasion here. We won't be back for a while, and if/when wedecide to return, we won't bother mobile ordering. Read more

Went through drive through. Ordered 2 regular brewed coffees. They said they only had enough for 1 cup and it would take up to... 10 minutes to brew more. Their basic product is coffee of some type. Why would they not already be brewing more, especiallysince they knew they were almost out???! Does it seem reasonable that a coffee shop should run out of coffee??! Read more

LOVE my Starbucks cinnamon dolce lattes, but not much else at this particular location? I had to ask for everything, no customer... service or a simple, ?would you like?? Food was thrown in the bag or dropped or something and it had come apart and wasdifficult to eat. Chai tea latte was NOT the same as other locations. It was a lot of water and someone definitely didn?tfollow the recipe. Overall, I just felt like I was annoying the barista. I did not complain. I just preordered and paid withthe mobile app. I asked for napkins, a straw, etc?. Normal stuff. I will not be going back to this location near Hobby Lobby. Read more

I think we?ve all visited enough Starbucks to be able to compare apples to apples to apples at this point. And most of the items... and service is ? thankfully ? the same. Which is: ?pretty good? or better. It?s not like a McDonalds, which can varydramatically from store to store. So, the pros and cons of this location: PROS - plenty of parking - nice interior design -outdoor seating - good service - clean bathrooms CONS - difficult to get out of (tough left turn onto Sidney Baker; nothingthat Starbucks can do about) - would prefer a few overstuffed leather chairs inside; make it more of a place to meet forconversation; I assume this is an off-the-highway location, so it?s built for the long-haul traveler. The other location onJunction Highway is more like a living room. Check that one out. It has a porch overlooking the Guadalupe. - Coffeecake portionsthe size of postage stamps (metaphorically speaking); for ?real? Coffeecake, get some from PAX down the road a bit. Read more
