I am very disappointed in sonic. When I got home 2/3 of our order was incorrect. There were only 2 cars when I ordered and that... mean the other order was probably incorrect also when they got home. We ended up with 2 hamburgers that were only single pattiesand supposed to be double. We had 2 orders of tots that we did not order. Usually I wouldn't complain but the fries and totswere both way over cooked. I asked for no onions and there were... it's a good thing no one in the family is allergic. I calledto complain but I was hung up on. I definitely will not be going to sonic again anytime soon on Junction Hwy or on Sidney Baker.These restaurants are the worst sonics I have ever been to. We have been in the Kerrville area for the past month and have been here on several occassions! We have NO issues here! We... were told upfront it would be a few extra minutes! The food was hot, prepared well and when delivered Melody had a smile on herface! Keep up the good work, we will be back!! sgv Read more

Don't waste your time this is the WORST sonic I've ever been to, waited at the stall for about 15 min and pushed the red button... twice. But the car who pulled up after that 15 min immediately got to order, I tried calling to let them know I had been waitingto order but no answer. I don't know why I keep trying to give this location a chance when everytime it takes at least 30-40minutes to receive my meal. I would give 0 stars if I could. Then they forgot one of our drinks, and once we arrived home ourorder was wrong. But I'll take the blame on that to think they could get it right with all the problem I was already putting upwith. This location is clearly understaffed but they still held it together and got our food and drinks out pretty quickly. The pretty... young blonde girl had a smile on her face and was polite. People like that keep customers coming back. I appreciate the hardworkers. Food was great, nice and hot ???? Read more

Horrible. Do not go. Waited 20 minutes with a screaming bby and had to order 3 separate times as they could never find out... order. I called in the drive through line and the man yelled at me saying he didn't have my order. I will never go to a sonicburger again. We left without our food. Read more

Waited in line for over 30 minutes and eventually proceeded to park and walk to the sit down section and use the red button. The... worker saw me standing and walked out and proceeded to scoff in my face and tell me that she didn?t hear the ?boop? when Ipulled up. Sonic?s service usually isn?t their strong point but this experience was overwhelmingly horrendous. Read more

Worst freaking experience ever! Sat in the stall for 45 minutes waiting for them to answer the red button. I later learned that... that they were ignoring the stalls to keep the drive through moving! I watched 8 people leave angry in that 45 minutes so Iwasn't the only one to give up and go. Sounds like a real profitable business strategy to me! The other sonic in kerrville txserved me a shake with obviously spoiled/sour ice-cream mix so this was my last straw with sonic! Read more

If you can't find staff then explain and I'll gladly wait or move on. I asked a girl if they were taking orders still at the... drive through after patiently waiting 10 minutes. (Everyone is short handed these days, I get it) however...I don'tappreciate being snapped at..."I'm the only one working!!!! I wanted to tell her... Ok.
