The review is well deserved. My first time ordering catering from Qdoba and I have to say it was outstanding. I ordered my... catering online and it was super easy. Qdoba delivers food hot to your doorstep. John, the owner came in and set everything up,so professional. All entrees were labeled along with the sides. He brought utensils, hot plates, napkins. I have been several times and have always been pleased with the food. I went just recently and they lady cashier was down right... rude. As she rang up my order, very loudly & across the restaurant, she criticized the nice young man that prepared my food. He prepared my food just fine. She had dark hair, about 5ft 6in tall and she was white. Unfortunately can only give adescription of her not a name because she nor any of the other employees were wearing a name tag. I had a great experience last night when I went to Qudoba for the first time! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a... smiling face (Jenn) and 2 other ladies. They informed me of how the whole thing works. I got 3 burritos and 2 steak bowls,Jarritos in every flavor, queso, and a brownie. Everything was delicious and my family raved. You would think online ordering would be the way to go, unfortunately on this day it was not. Placed an order to be picked up... and when I arrived a little after the time it was marked to be ready, all I seen was a DoorDash order that was sitting in theto-go spot. Thinking I have to get in line, I hop in line and wait my turn to ask for a pick up where I am then redirected tothe end cashier end to pick up my order. To my knowledge, it looks like they hadn?t even started it when I got there. Reallydidn?t mind the wait all too much, but there were plenty people walking in and out with their food faster than mine was evenbeing started it seemed. Staff was real cool and all, then when I got home we didn?t even get what all we ordered correctly. Iordered a steak burrito and got a burrito filled with rice and veggies. Still good nonetheless, although not what I orderedafter waiting for so long. Then my second item was a chicken bowl, with about a 1/3 of what was shown online and in otherpeoples bowls. Obviously my order seemed to of been rushed, rather than put at a priority to be made correctly and get back tothe line they had. I understand it was busy, but as an online order who is HERE now? You?d think the priority would go togetting the order that was way overdue. Will have to try it again, and given this was my first experience with Qdoba, Isincerely hope they do better next time if I decide to head back. I know one person not going doesn?t make a difference incompany profit, but I hope the same experience is not given to the many others that walk through these doors with a mobile orderor delivery. Was my go to when working late and getting back into town. Nothing but great until I went about 30 mins before closing... yesterday. Had to throw meal away due to old, cold chicken and stale, hard rice. 3 stars bc I did love this place before. Chocchip cookies are amazing. Read more
