Despite a busy line in the Drive-Thru I walked in walked up to the counter was greeted within 1 to 2 minutes my small order was... filled quickly great food everything I could have asked for, clean the store pleasant t staff. Tried to order from here about 5pm today. There was a sign by the drive through advertising a chicken bundle that included 4... Spicy McChicken Sandwiches, a 20 piece McNugget and a basket of fries for 14.99. As we get to the order speaker the girl insideI guess cannot understand what she I?m saying because I could barely hear her. She couldn?t read my order back to me correctlyand clearly couldn?t understand what we wanted so I told her I would just come inside and order but much to my disappointmentthe lobby was closed. Tried to pull around again and order but was what I ordered wasn?t on the menu despite the big sign rightin front of the order screen stating what I wanted to order and the price. We ordered doordash from this location because we didn?t have time to leave to pick food up. We only ordered pancakes, and when... the food arrived we did not have any syrup or butter or silverware. When I called to inform them, the manager, Matthew, told methere was nothing they could do and I could just come pick them up myself. I paid extra for doordash so I didn?t have to wastemy gas and because I was short on time, yet he didn?t care and offered me nothing for the inconvenience of me losing the extramoney I paid for delivery and still having to drive to McDonald?s and use my break from work for this.
