I really want to like this location. I don't come here for the doughnuts, I come for the coffee and ice cream. My coffee has... always been good and my ice cream has always been tasty. However those things only happen when I've waited an extremely longtime to even be told that they will be right with me (if that), if I am the only one at the location, or happen to be first inline at the drive through. The staff seems poorly trained when there is actually staff there. I don't think this place will lastvery long. Read more
I don?t think this particular location will last at this rate. They almost always are out of more than half of their menu... including ice cream, the staff seems to be more worried about chit chatting than getting the full order or even correct and thequality of the donuts is awful. I go for the coffee, but I guess I gotta run next door to Donut Palace for baked goods. Read more
I'm fairly new to Dunkin' and have been pleasantly surprised. I have been on a toasted coconut flavor bend here lately, and... Dunkin' fixed an ice coffee for me today. This place is new to Kerrville and I've enjoyed their drive-thru service. Their folksare always friendly and provide the best suggestions which help me learn the menu. Two thumbs up! My order is never correct I always get something random. They even messed up my birthday reward free drink. I ordered a more... expensive drink for my birthday and they gave me a regular latte. The line was super long so I just left with the wrong drink.The last time I went they messed up 3 drinks and I let them know they were supposed to be caramel lattes not just iced coffeeand when I received the ?correct? drinks they were still wrong. My orders are never complicated I get a regular medium caramellatte and it?s always wrong somehow. Stay away! Read more
This place needs help. Ordering process is not organized as everyone who walks in wants BR. They order ice cream before they pay... when you should pay first then get your ice cream. Leadership is very important. Be organized if you are going to be inbusiness. Read more
Today was my very first experience at Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins! At first we walked up and their lobby is closed. There is a note... on the door explaining they r short staffed! Which I will be telling my daughter to apply. Anywho I walk back to my vehicle andgo through the drive thru.. ordered our treats They named off every 25 flavors that they had! What?! So flipping cool! I evenasked for a sweet coffee the named off the cake batter! Omg so good the ice cream and the coffee absolutely amazing!! It wasdefinitely worth the wait!! Read more
Saturday morning I arrived at 1020am . I had 2 coupons one for a free 6piece hash brown and then one for u buy a half dozen... donuts and get a half for free coupon.. finally at 1048am it was my turn at the drive Thur I told the girl that I wanted a dozenof mix donuts and I told her which ones I wanted.. she stop me and told me she only had some cause they were out of most of theones I wanted.. so I told her which ones I wanted from what they had... I also told her about the hash browns and I also order alarge ice coffee.. when I went up to pay I gave her my coupon and then she handed me my coffee and donuts.. drove off.. got homeand realized after standing in line for 28 mins I got NO HAS BROWNS and All Sprinkles doubts which I didn't order...how can yoube open at 5am and by 5.5 hrs and be out of donuts when you stay open till 10pm.. do y'all stop making donuts when y'all arerunning low???.. there was no way I would of went back to get my money back due to waiting another 30mins or longer .. insideand outside lines . We stop here a lot on our way to work. Tonight is the 3rd time our coffee has been wrong. I ordered a mocha and it taste like... chocolate milk.
