Reviews for Arby's in Kerrville, TX
Gosh... try giving this Arbys chain many chances to see if they'd get my order right but can't even get someone to answer their... phone. Called 10x and phone rejects calls after ringing 5x. The sad part is the food is great when prepared correctly and orderis correct as well, unfortunately this has not been for our team of over 10 hungry workers on our site, they usually are notpicky or fussy but get bothered when orders are shorted, wrong or Cold. I understand the laziness of work forces in every fieldbut geez, our loved fast food places that pay their employees up to 20 bucks an hour to flip and wrap burgers and theiremployees can't seem to get it right? Pure laziness and the rudeness we as consumers receive when we ask to please make ourorders correct. We fear sometimes because we don't want our orders to be split on or contaminated. Grow up ppl... This is notArbys only, but until corporations hire better and intellectual ppl, even wonderful children and adults on the spectrum, I'dhire before I hired lazy, rude and self entitled individuals. I ordered the gyro. I haven't had one in a long time from anywhere. Arby's was so delicious. The sandwich was put together... well. Not just stuffed. Read more
The French dip was mediocre at best. The wagyu burger was ( I know, it's fast food. . .) Extremely dry, no flavor, and seemed... old. The fries and service were great though! Read more
I was initially happy when I heard Arby's was finally coming to Kerrville, but not since they built that cruddy building If... dining in your vehicle constitutes as "Dine in," then I guess it isn't a flat out lie. Your other "Dine in" option is to sit andeat fully exposed to the elements, barring noon/night (sun) and even the slightest wind (rain). Sonic Drive In has better diningaccommodations with an actual roof instead of a skimpy overhang. If they said it was Dine-Out, I couldn't argue about it....just not go there like I don't go to Sonic, or any other Roach Coach or Chuck wagon with picnic tables for "Dine In" options. Iwas in Town and decided to give them a try regardless. I didn't get a receipt, and was shorted an item. Without the receipt Ididn't know if I was charged for it or not. Neither a quick tap, nor double tap on the horn got a response. So I called on mycell, 2x the phone disconnected because it rang for too long, or it was picked up and quickly hung back up. The 3rd time Icalled no answer but the girl was walking past going to the picnic area window and saw me waving. So I finally got the missingitem, still no receipt though. She didn't tell me the total when I ordered it, and I could swear she told me 12 something whenshe took my card, but my bank says 15. It's possible she told me the sub total, but it's very important to get that correct, andring someone up correctly. What if it was something that would go in the bag instead of a drink? Or, I forgot to check and droveall the way home? It's bad enough considering the moment they hand you the bag they immediately disappear, and almost anythingshort of being obnoxiously rude, they will flat out ignore you. Read more

**UPDATE** I need to quit giving this location a chance. Something with the Rueben they just can?t get right. Below is todays... purchase. $10 for a bread sandwich. Really disappointing. ** END UPDATE** I was so excited for us to finally get an Arby?s! Abit disappointed though. They had no ice for the drinks and I ordered a Turkey rueben which had 1/2 a slice of Turkey, asprinkle of Sauerkraut, and it was drowning in 1000 island dressing. For $10 bucks it was a major let down. Read more

I haven't been to Arby's since the days of 5 for $5.55. I was hungry and decided to stop by and go through the drive through. I... was greeted professionally. The drive through attendant repeated my order, and I pulled up to receive it. My order was hot andfresh. Napkins were in the bag. Fries were hot and fresh. It was so nice to eat a meal that was complete and not missing things, cold, or worse, luke warm. I appreciated Arby's. I will return and suggest you stop by for a fresh roast beef or chickensandwich. I tried their Swiss and Ranch Sandwich and it was good. Thank you Arby's for a nice return experience. A+ ?????????? Read more
