I went thru the drive thru and ordered. Waited in line for close to 15 minutes. Ordered 2 10pc chicken nuggets meal. One meal... only had 61/2 pcs. Very disappointed!!! Need to be able to count especially for the cost. Employees at the window were nice.That's the reason for 3 stars. And by the way, it was around 2 p.m on a Saturday. Read more
Terrible customer service. They ALWAYS forget an item and I have to drive all the way back to get it. They never apologize.... Customer Service is terrible. They can learn a lot from other restaurants. Today they forgot to give me my drinks with my combo.The fries is always COLD. Too much money is being spent to get this kind of service. Read more
Bought two cheeseburgers medium fry potatoes this is not the first time I had to wait on my food when I got it so you could tell... it was Zapped in the microwave or reheated the Buns were hard around the edges the meat was cold it tasted terrible needless tosay I will never eat there again ever they don't make hamburgers like they used to they change signs of what you're getting andpaying more for it it's ridiculous. I live near this McDonalds and have lunch/dinner at least twice a week here. I would say 8 times out of 10 if you order nuggets,... they are going to be old, dry, and hard. I would imagine those other two times is only because I got lucky and they just cameout of the basket. The rest of the food is normally fine but unfortunately I order nuggets every time and usually find my moneyis literally being stolen from me with the low quality nuggets I get at this McDonalds. On August 3rd at 5:00. I ordered 10-piece nugget a large sweet tea with a 6-piece chicken nugget Happy meal. Was handed the... wrong order twice and when I get my nuggets it was only five in the box and a coke instead of the sweet tea. This isunacceptable Read more
I just changed my review from a 4 to a 3. I went up here last night to get a ice cream cone. (Because dairy queen was closed) so... I went through the drive through, but the lady taking my order had an attitude and didn't seem like she cared much about her jobat all. So after that a procede to the window to get my ice cream cone, but what I see in the back made me only eat half of it.The workers where passing it around while touching the cone part, no napkin or anything. I understand that they probably changethere glove 30 times a day, but you never know what people are touching in there. Read more
I don't normally write reviews or complaints because I know some days are rough at work, and today being July 4th I understand... that being at work is upsetting, I would be too. However, that being said I was kinda took back by the way in which my food washandled, the people at the drive through etc were nice but when I got home with my food it looked as if someone threw my burgertogether and then punched it lol, I know it's McDonald's so I don't expect the best of care when it comes to good but with itbeing as if my burger got beat up, plus the half of pound of mayo oozing out front he burger,along with the burger looking old,I simply could eat it. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but you can't treat people's food like this even if your are upset. Read more
I don?t know what it is about this specific location and being unable to provide proper service. I understand it?s 9:30pm. I... understand everyone is tired. However, this is the fourth time I have come here and they have gotten my drink incorrect. As aDIABETIC I specifically ask for a Diet Coke, every time.
